How to update Profilic USB driver for Win 11

1. Connect IQ Compeo+ to USB port

2. Press Win Button + select Manage

3. Seacrh Com Ports

4. It tells for some port that "Profilic, Update to new driver"

5. Open that line with right mouse key and go to Driver/Driver details

6. Check the name of the driver

   c:\windows\system\drivers\ser2pl64.sys

   In my computer it was: ser2pl64_1.sys

7. Disconnect IQ Compeo+ instrument
   

8. Download file SER2PL64.sys somewhere (for example in c:\temp) with the name you look in step 6)

9. Copy downloaded file to c:\windows\system\drivers\ (you need admin rights)

10. Reconnect IQ Compeo+ instrument. Now it should work

11. After Windows update you may need to repeat step 9.
